DELIVERY TIME

Once the payment is accepted, the order will be shipped between 24-48h. Following delivery time are 2-4 business days in France and 3-7 business days for Europe.
It is understood that delivery times may vary if there are exceptional circumstances.

ORDER TRACKING

When the Order is ready to be shipped, the Customer will receive an email at the address provided when placing the Order, confirming Order shipment.

An Order tracking number will also be sent to the Customer by email. 

RETURN POLICY

For claims regarding Products ordered (damaged Products, Products not conforming to the Order) and in the context of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer may return the Product(s) to the Seller within 14 working days of receipt of said Products.
